We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% service charge. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Arriving 15 minutes or more late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
